Our own insecurities and weaknesses often lead us to be jealous of others. Jesus wants us to know the great dignity that we have in being sons and daughters of God our Father. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you where you have been harboring jealousy against others. Acknowledge your sin to the Lord and ask Him to replace this with a revelation of how precious you are to him.
Fear, jealousy, gossip and unhealthy relating were listed as some of the obstacles to reconciling with others. What do you think are your major obstacles to reconciliation?
